Welcome to Sail Hub! By using the Sail Hub website (the "Site") and the Sail Launcher application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.
To upload themes or plugins, you must create a Sail Hub account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We use Supabase for account registration and user session management. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
You retain intellectual property ownership of the themes, designs, configurations, and plugins you upload to Sail Hub. However, by uploading content, you grant Sail Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to store, host, display, and distribute your content to other users of the Site and App.
You agree not to upload any content that:
Sail Launcher incorporates third-party integrations, such as the Google Drive API, to facilitate cloud-based backups of your game save files. Your use of these third-party features is subject to the terms of service of the respective providers (such as the Google Terms of Service).
THE SITE AND THE APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Sail Hub does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not review every line of code in community-uploaded themes and plugins. You acknowledge that downloading and installing themes or plugins is done at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data, including game save files, that may result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sail Hub and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account, delete your uploaded files, or block your access to Sail Hub if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in activities harmful to the community.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
